Located above the new Victoria Cross Metro station in the heart of North Sydney, Vic X marks the spot for innovative workplace culture, vibrant dining and handy on-the-go essentials, surrounded by reimagined public spaces and leafy pedestrian laneways.
Vic X has 14 new food, beverage and retail brands, with a further seven hospitality venues set to open in 2025. The transformed public space give way to more greenery, less cars, new areas to explore. Here you’ll find the perfect spot for workday respite, meeting a friend or simply taking it all in. Once complete in 2025, this new 18-hour a day dining and recreation hotspot buzzing with activity beyond the nine to five.
LANEWAY
From cult favourites to new interpretations of classic fare, the laneway has it all. Bringing together the best coffee from Only Coffee, Sydney’s latest Marys, and a range of casual dining options to tempt your tastebuds all day.
Directly connected to the Metro station, the Concourse includes 12 new retailers, including grab-and-go lunch options from favourites like Marrickville Pork Roll and McDonalds, alongside quality essentials. From fresh flavours at to a fresh set of nails, you’ll find what you need on the concourse.

There’s more to come! Opening later in 2024, Miller House will be a multi-level food and beverage venue, offering an elevated dining and bar experiences. At street level, the surrounding Miller Terraces will transform the leafy plaza into a vibrant hub for pre-work coffees, midday meetings and casual dinner and drinks.
Just 3 minutes from Barangaroo and 5 minutes from Martin Place via the new Metro, you’ll be ready for good times in no time at Vic X.
